Step 1 —  The Consultation

Most facilities managers know they need new floors, but fewer know which materials will actually hold up in their specific environment. That's where we start. Before anything gets quoted or scheduled, we walk through your space, learn how it's used, and help you make material and design decisions that will still look right five years from now.

Step 2 —  Budgeting & Planning

Most facilities replace their flooring every 10 to 12 years and plan their budgets 1 to 2 years in advance, which means the planning conversation needs to happen well before the project does. We put together detailed, accurate estimates you can bring straight to your next city council or county commission meeting. As a Sourcewell contract holder, qualifying city, county, and state facilities can bypass the competitive bid process entirely through a fully compliant procurement pathway.

Step 3 —  Prep & Stack Moving

Adrienne Floorcovering uses one of the only library stack moving systems in Florida, lifting entire shelving units with every book still in place and relocating them within the building while work is underway. When the floors are done, everything moves back into place exactly as it was.

Step 4 —  Installation & Completion

Installation day is not when we hand things off to a crew and hope for the best. A dedicated on-site coordinator is present throughout, keeping the project on schedule and your facility protected from unnecessary disruption.
